  • On November 15th partner E. Drew Britcher respectively donned a turkey costume, to present a cheque on behalf of NJAJ to the center for food action and to raise further donations for the NJAJ annual turkey drive.
  • E. Drew Britcher will be speaking at the NJAJ Young Lawyers Division Program at Meadowlands 2013 on November 15th “The Beginning and the End: An In-Depth Look at Openings and Closings”. His topic will be “You Never Get a Second Chance to Make a First Impression: Maximizing Damages in Opening Statements”
  • E. Drew Britcher will present a lecture prepared by Armand Leone, Jr. MD, Esq. on “Trial Presentation of Radiological Studies” on November 15th at the NJAJ Meadowlands Seminars.
  • E. Drew Britcher will be a part of a panel discussion at the NJAJ Meadowlands Seminars on Friday November 15th entitled “How Do I Handle This?”
  • Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC will once again be a Sponsor for the YCS “Festival of Flavors” event to be held on November 11, 2013. YCS, a 501(C) 3 organization, was founded in 1918 to help the women and children left alone and/or abandoned by the aftermath of World War I. Programs and services grew from this beginning and today YCS maintains programs throughout New Jersey for children with special needs, from birth to 25 years of age. To learn more go to www.ycs.org

  • On 9/24/13 partner Armand Leone will be presenting a seminar on Pursuing Diagnostic Error Claims Against Hospitals and Physicians.
  • On September 23, 2013, E. Drew Britcher, chaired the Interfaith Food Pantry Golf Outing at Mount Tabor Country Club. The Interfaith Food Pantry is a non-denominational, non-profit 501 (C) (3) organization helping families make ends meet by supplementing their monthly groceries in times of need.The Pantry is currently distributing more than 15,000 lbs of food to 325 families each week!   • On May 16, 2013, the Supreme Court of New Jersey granted certification on Wadeer v. NJM involving issues of Uninsured Motorist – Bad Faith Claims, a case where Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC is co-counsel
  • On April 25, 2013 E. Drew Britcher argued the case of Nicholas v. Mynster before the New Jersey Supreme court on behalf of Plaintiff’s trial counsel from another firm (insert link to argument)

  • On Tuesday, March 12th, the New Jersey Supreme Court rendered its decision in the matter of D.D. v. UMDNJ on which E. Drew Britcher argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the matter of Nicholas vs Mynster, regarding the question “Under the Patients First Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:53A-41(a), may an expert testify against a physician who is certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties if the expert is not certified in the same specialty but practices “similar” medicine?” Access the video
  • On October 5th & 6th Partner, E. Drew Britcher attended Fall Board of Governors meeting of the American Association for Justice in Washington, DC. Drew is one of 4 Governors representing the New Jersey Association for Justice to the national organization.
