ROTH NAMED TO MILLION ADVOCATES FORUM
The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is pleased to announce that attorney
Mindy Michaels Roth of the Parsippany
based law firm of Britcher, Leone & Roth has recently been certified as a
member.
The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as the most
prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is
limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar
verdicts, awards and settlements. The organization was founded in 1993 and
there are approximately 2000 members throughout the United States. Forum
membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides members with
network of experienced colleagues for referral and information exchange in
major cases. Members must have acted as principal counsel in at least one
case in which their client has received a verdict, award or settlement in
the amount of one million dollars or more.
Ms. Roth was granted admission for her work on a medical malpractice
action involving negligence in the pre-natal diagnosis of a congenital
abnormality resulting in profound physical disability.
Ms. Roth, together with her partners Armand Leone, Jr., a Board
Certified Diagnostic Radiologist and Attorney and E. Drew Britcher, a
Certified Civil Trial Attorney, specializes in handling matters involving
medical negligence, significant personal injury and vaccine injury
compensation.
Ms. Roth is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School, a member of the
National Vaccine Information Center and the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America – New Jersey.
