March 21 E. Drew Britcher Speaks
at ATLA-NJ Boardwalk Seminar 2005
On April 22-23, ATLA-NJ (Association of Trial Lawyers of America –
NJ division) is holding their annual Boardwalk Seminar at Bally’s
Park Place in Atlantic City. Local attorney E. Drew Britcher, of the
Glen Rock/Parsippany law firm Britcher, Leone, & Roth, LLC, will be
co-chairing the Medicine for Lawyers program along with Abbott S.
Brown, Esq. of Bendit Weinstock, P.A., in West Orange.
Mr. Britcher is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, experienced in
handling a variety of complex medical negligence claims, product
liability claims and other personal injury matters. He is admitted
to the New Jersey and New York Bars and admitted to practice before
the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is the President of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Chapter and has
served as the Chairperson of their Amicus and Medical Malpractice
Committees.
Mr. Britcher will be discussing is Prenatal Diagnosis and will be
addressing a vast array of the available testing and procedures for
determining the well being of a woman’s pregnancy. Other topics to
be discussed in the program include The Medicine Behind the
Medicine: What You May Find if You Know What to Ask For; Fetal
Distress; Radiology Testing from Start to Finish: How does the
Process work?; Office Based Cancer Screening; and Podiatric
Malpractice.
Mr. Britcher has lectured extensively and served as an instructor
for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey, and the Institute for
Continuing Legal Education. His published articles have focused on
such issues as vaccine injury litigation and medical malpractice
