Mindy Practices in the areas of Personal Injury and Vaccine Litigation. She is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and also before the United States Federal Court of Claims in which she handles injuries caused by routine vaccinations pursuant to the National Vaccine Compensation Program, and has been doing so since the inception of the program.
Mindy is a member of the Advisory Counsel for Youth Consultation Services (YCS), Northern Region which serves the needs of children in the State of New Jersey. She has served as a member of the Vaccine Guidelines Committee for the National Vaccine Compensation Program. She has also served as a member of an Ad Hoc Counsel Subcommittee for the Court of Federal Claims Advisory Counsel. Mindy has participated as a Panelist during the United States Court of Federal Claims National Convention. Mindy is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mindy received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland and her law degree from Seton Hall University.
