    th on behalf of the Municipal Court Judge of South Hackensack, New Jersey seeking an interpretation of the Canons of Judicial Ethics that would allow Judge Vince Sicari to continue his very successful primary career as a comedian and actor under his stage name Vince August. Mr. Britcher argued that the Canons created a conflict where Justice Sotomayor could appear on the Colbert Report to promote her memoirs, but Judge Sicari who earns only $13,000 as a part-time Municipal Court Judge could not warm up the crowd as comedian Vince August.   • Armand has been elected to serve a 4 year term as a member of the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) Tribunal (
    www.FEI.org ), which is responsible for regulating international equestrian competitions to ensure fair play and athlete welfare. As a member of the FEI Tribunal, Armand is responsable with his fellow Tribunal members for enforcing the anti-doping and competition rules for human athletes and horses in the Olympic Games and other international competitions. The FEI Tribunal meets in Lausanne, Switzerland and other cities around the world to hear cases and decide disputes as part of the Clean Sport initiative of the FEI.
