Making Communities Stronger Through Charitable Works

At Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC, we are dedicated to making our community a better place to live. In addition to our efforts on behalf of our clients, we offer our time, talents and resources to a number of charitable organizations.

Our partners serve a variety of worthy organizations. For example:

E. Drew Britcher was a co-founder and board member of Trial Lawyers Care, an organization established to provide free legal representation to victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11. Through Drew, Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC represented more than a dozen families and/or individuals for free in presenting their claims to the Victim Compensation Fund.

Drew is also active in development efforts for the Interfaith Food Pantry, the YCS Foundation, Morris County Youth Shelter and the Jersey Battered Women’s Service.

Armand Leone Jr. has a long history of service to the United States Equestrian Federation. Through Armand, the firm has been active in fundraising efforts for Eva’s Kitchen and Habitat for Humanity in Paterson, New Jersey. After being a member of the 1980 Olympic Team for equestrian show jumping, he has supported programs for handicapped riders.

Helping Injured People and Supporting Charitable Efforts

We represent many people who have been hurt due to the negligence of a medical professional. As a result, we regularly conduct extensive research on numerous topics, including fetal heart monitoring, birth trauma, shoulder dystocia, cerebral palsy and in utero genetic testing.

Our research is sought out by our colleagues across the globe. We have compiled the results of our research onto CD-ROM and made it available for the use of other attorneys who share our mission. More than one hundred law firms around the United States and across the world have utilized our research. The contributions we receive from these law firms are then donated to various charitable causes. In this way, our efforts help support people across the United States and the world who have been hurt by medical malpractice, while helping those in need close to our homes.

Fulfilling Christmas Wishes

Our attorneys have known firsthand the sorrow of losing someone before their time. As such, we try from time to time to help children in our community who are facing the possibility of losing a parent to a terminal illness. Through an anonymous foundation, we have fulfilled the wishes of children to have a unique experience they can share with their sick parent as a memory forever.
