YCS, a 501(C) 3 organization, was founded in 1918 to help the women and children left alone and/or abandoned by the aftermath of World War I. Programs and services grew from this beginning and today YCS maintains programs throughout New Jersey for children with special needs, from birth to 25 years of age.
