E Drew Britcher Speaks At ICLE Seminar

This Past Saturday, the ICLE (Institute for Continuing Legal Education) held a seminar entitled, “Hot Topics in Medical Malpractice: Update 2004”. Among the six panelists was, E. Drew Britcher, a Glen Rock New Jersey lawyer.

Mr. Britcher is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, experienced in both successfully prosecuting and resolving a variety of complex medical negligence claims, product liability claims and other personal injury matters. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is the President-Elect of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Chapter and serves as the Chairperson of their Amicus and Medical Malpractice Committee.

The topics Mr. Britcher covered were The New Jersey Medical Care Access and Responsibility and Patients First Act of 2004 and Qualification of the Expert Witness. The program was designed for trial attorneys at every level of experience who are handling medical malpractice cases or complex personal injury litigation. By having spoken, Mr. Britcher has given a new insight and practical advice that will help lawyers obtain the optimum result for their clients.

Britcher has lectured extensively and served as an instructor at the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey, and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminars. His published articles have focused on such issues as vaccine injury litigation and medical malpractice matters.
