Tyrone Sergio Becomes Named Partner In Personal Injury And Medical Malpractice Law Firm
Glen Rock, N.J., and Morristown, N.J. (February 1, 2022) – Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC, has changed its name to Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC, in recognition of Tyrone Sergio who has become a named partner. Sergio, who joined the personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in 2018 as a partner, heads up its Morristown office.

With more than 25 years’ experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law, Sergio handles a wide range of matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, construction accidents, nursing home malpractice, automobile accidents and premises liability cases. Over the course of his career, Sergio obtained numerous favorable results for his clients, including a $4.5 million motor vehicle accident settlement and a $4 million medical malpractice settlement.
He previously partnered with Stephen “Skippy” Weinstein until they both joined Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC, in 2018.
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, he is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Morris County Bar Association, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Sergio earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in economics from Villanova University. He resides in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
