Local Attorney Participates in Medical Malpractice Discussion. E. Drew Britcher served on a panel discussion as a New Jersey representative. The discussion, titled, “Survivors from the Medical Malpractice Wars – Case Studies from the Front Lines”, was part the NATLE (National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives) 2004 Governmental Affairs Conference.

Armand has been elected to serve a 4 year term as a member of the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) Tribunal ( www.FEI.org ), which is responsible for regulating international equestrian competitions to ensure fair play and athlete welfare. As a member of the FEI Tribunal, Armand is responsable with his fellow Tribunal members for enforcing the anti-doping and competition rules for human athletes and horses in the Olympic Games and other international competitions. The FEI Tribunal meets in Lausanne, Switzerland and other cities around the world to hear cases and decide disputes as part of the Clean Sport initiative of the FEI.
