Tyrone Sergio And Stephen Skippy Weinstein Join Britcher Leone

Personal Injury And Medical Malpractice Law Firm Opens Morristown, N.J. Office

Glen Rock, N.J., and Morristown, N.J. (October 1, 2018) –Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC has announced that Tyrone Sergio has joined the firm as a member and Stephen “Skippy” Weinstein has joined as of counsel. They previously were with the firm of Stephen S. Weinstein, P.C., in Morristown, N.J. In addition, Britcher Leone, which specializes in personal injury and medical malpractice law, has opened a new office at 100 East Hanover Road in Morristown. Sergio will head up Britcher Leone’s new Morristown office.

Sergio brings a strong background in personal injury and medical malpractice law to Britcher Leone, where he will focus his practice on a wide range of personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, construction accidents, nursing home malpractice, automobile accidents and premises liability cases.

During his ten-year tenure at Stephen S. Weinstein, P.C., Sergio obtained numerous favorable results for his clients, including a $4.5 million motor vehicle accident settlement and a $4 million medical malpractice settlement. He previously held a position at a New York City plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice law firm, as well as a trial preparation assistant in the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in New York City. He earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in economics from Villanova University.

Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, he is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Morris County Bar Association, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Sergio resides in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia, he earned a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He resides in Harding Township, NJ.
